Born and raised in Miami Beach, he entered real estate as a second-generation broker. With an average sale price over $4M and average listing price at $2.9M, Renier has established himself in the Miami real estate market as a professional and dependable agent. He focuses on luxury and pre-construction residential real estate throughout Miami-Dade County, with a focus on the premier communities of Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Miami Beach, Key Biscayne, Pinecrest, and South Miami.


Renier is heavily involved in the Miami community. Together with his fiancé, they are Platinum Angels for the Jackson Health Foundation, one of the largest non-profit academic medical systems in the US, as well as supporters of La Liga Contra el Cancer, The League Against Cancer. In his off time, he loves anything to do with the sea – swimming, snorkeling, boating, island hopping, and relaxing by the water at his home.
